This internship is unlike any other opportunity out there. Our company is about to launch a new off-campus housing guide at Texas A&M and the student who gets this internship will help us build it into the dominant off-campus housing source in College Station!
It is a part-time internship with generous pay. Current and previous interns love working with our close-knit distributed team.

How do you know if this internship is right for you? You should be excited about learning new things, especially new software/apps, and capable of doing your own research. You should also be self-motivated enough to set your own schedule. If you need lots of structure, oversight, or hand-holding, this is not for you. While we provide guidance and support, you will be empowered to think like a small business owner and make decisions.
As the general manager of our Texas A&M location, you will be given a very wide range of responsibilities. Examples include:
Warm interpersonal skills are required to build rapport and supportive connections with local property managers. Our ideal candidate is teachable, organized, reliable, and technologically literate.
Pay starts at $10/hr plus some performance-linked bonuses.
The internship will begin immediately. We invest a lot in training and developing our interns so preference will be given to candidates who can commit to work through the summer and would also consider staying on beyond that. We can work around some summer travel plans.
